BACC welcomes new Burleson ISD teachers and staff

The Burleson Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a luncheon to welcome and support new Burleson ISD teachers and staff Thursday at Burleson High School.

BURLESON, Texas – The Burleson Area Chamber of Commerce’s “BISD New Employee Luncheon” welcomed new Burleson Independent School District teachers and staff to the district and to the community.

The BACC hosted a luncheon for new Burleson ISD teachers and staff Thursday at Burleson High School. The BACC served Fresco’s and HTeaO and had Burleson ISD Superintendent Dr. Bret Jimerson speak along with other BACC representatives and sponsors.

The luncheon is the perfect way to start the school year for the new teachers, setting the bar high and giving them a taste of the culture they’re joining, Jimerson said.

The culture the teachers are joining is all about inspiring and supporting students’ passions, Jimerson said. Jimerson believes that culture is what makes people want to join the district.
