Senior Bedwell pitches quality start in second of two Burleson losses last week to finish 2024 season

BURLESON and MIDLOTHIAN – The Burleson Elks varsity baseball team lost its final two games of 2024 to the Midlothian Panthers last week despite a quality start from Landon Bedwell Friday.

The senior starting-pitcher Bedwell surrendered one unearned run off one hit and four walks and struck out nine batters over five innings pitched as the Elks fell 3-1 in Midlothian Friday.
