Centennial remains tied for fourth place after splitting series with Joshua on senior Mohan's shutout performance
BURLESON and JOSHUA – Connor Mohan pitched a complete-game shutout as the Centennial Spartans varsity baseball team beat the Joshua Owls 1-0 Friday at Joshua High School to split the series after losing 6-5 Tuesday at Centennial.
The senior starting-pitcher Mohan earned the win, surrendering no runs and just one hit and one walk and striking out seven batters over all seven innings Friday.
