Plaintiff to respond in lawsuit against Burleson Friday

Former Burleson employee will file a response to Burleson’s motion to dismiss his lawsuit against the city Friday

BURLESON – The plaintiff in a federal lawsuit against the city of Burleson will file a response to Burleson’s motion to dismiss the case Friday.

The plaintiff, former Burleson information technology director Mark Eder, will submit a motion to amend and a proposed amended complaint with the response to Burleson’s motion to dismiss, according to Eder’s lawyer, Eric Roberson.

Eder sued Burleson for alleged sex and religion discrimination May 1.
