CLEBURNE, Texas – The Cleburne Railroaders (37-38) fell to fifth place in the East Division after dropping four of six to the Kane County Cougars last week.

Cleburne’s offense, which scored 32 runs, continued to struggle to bail out its pitching staff, which surrendered 33 runs against Kane County. Cleburne leads the American Association of Professional Baseball with 484 runs scored and has allowed the third-most runs-against at 439 in 2023.
